I just want to thank you for the wonderful service you provide. Thanks to Match.com, I met “the one”, the man I will surely spend the rest of my life with.

After trying out several different online dating sites, I preferred your over all others. It is easy to use, affordable, and provides a plethora of locals to choose from. Since I received so many responses to my personal ad, I could afford to be picky. So, I dated numerous gentlemen whom I met on Match.com, all of which were very nice people and showed me an enjoyable time. However, one man seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.

In January of 2003, Mike and I e-mailed each other for a few days after I responded to his profile on Match.com, then we spoke over the phone. The conversation flowed easily and freely, so we set a date to meet in person. Upon first sight, we both knew this was a match made in heaven. One date led to the next, and soon, we were making plans for vacations together and meeting each other’s families. Our blossoming relationship soon led to talk of marriage. We moved in together, then started planning our wedding. In August of 2004, we were wed in a fun and festive Hawaiian Luau wedding ceremony.

As I mentioned earlier, I tried out other online dating sites before Match.com. The free site of MatchDoctor.com proved to be full of phony personals, people trying to get traffic to their adult-oriented web sites. eHarmony.com was expensive and only presented you with a couple of matches at a time, probably in hopes they could keep you as a member for a longer period of time, collecting high member dues all the while. Yahoo! Personals was just too difficult to use; the search option was useless. Regardless of the fact that my future husband wasn’t on any of these sites, I’m grateful for Match.com for making online dating effortless, affordable, and legitimate. I would recommend Match.com to anyone!
